blackout. again.

a back bend and...
my head spin like crazy.
dropped my bottle.
saw total darkness.
and finally collapsed 20mins into my hot yoga class yesterday.

nothing to do with the heat cos i've done hot yoga for months.


the first blackout happened after a jog a month ago.


something is very wrong with me.
